For Patron and Sponsor Ticket Exchanges:
Please email email hidden; JavaScript is required with your name and the words “Ticket Exchange Request” in the subject line. The message should include the following information:
Your name and whether you are a Patron or Sponsor
The name(s) of those you are giving your ticket(s) to
email hidden; JavaScript is required will send you an email confirming that the tickets will still be held under the original Patron or Sponsor’s name and the name(s) of those now authorized to pick up the tickets will be attached.
You should print the email confirmation from email hidden; JavaScript is required and have the person(s) you are authorizing to use your ticket(s) bring it with them to the event.
For VIP and General Admission Ticket Exchanges:
Please email email hidden; JavaScript is required with your name and the words “Ticket Exchange Request” in the subject line. The message should include the following information:
The ticket purchaser’s name
The name(s) of those you are giving your ticket(s) to
email hidden; JavaScript is required will send you an email confirming that the tickets will still be held under the original purchaser’s name and the name(s) of those now authorized to pick up the tickets will be attached.
You should print the email confirmation from email hidden; JavaScript is required and have the person(s) you are authorizing to use your ticket(s) bring it with them to the event.
